1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "163jili" / "Platform" — the online casino and sports betting platform operated at 163jili.vip and its associated mobile applications.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player to access 163jili services.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" — the total funds held in a Player's 163jili account, comprising real-money deposits and credited bonuses (where applicable).

4. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 163jili or its associated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
5. You have not previously been excluded or suspended from 163jili or any other gambling platform for prohibited conduct or regulatory reasons.

163jili reserves the right to require age and identity verification at any time. Any winnings generated from an Account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage user will be voided and forfeited.

4. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money services on 163jili, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 163jili Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. 163jili may consolidate or terminate duplicate accounts and void associated balances and winnings.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You are responsible for keeping this information updated.
• KYC Verification: 163jili may require you to submit identity documents — including a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and proof of address — at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 163jili will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow use of your account by any third party.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 163jili are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment methods available may vary based on verification status and system availability.
• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 for e-wallet payments; ₱200 for bank transfers. No maximum deposit is imposed by 163jili, though deposits above ₱100,000 may require additional KYC documentation.
• Deposits are Final: Once a deposit has been processed and credited to your 163jili wallet, it cannot be reversed or charged back through the payment provider. Disputes regarding deposits must be raised directly with 163jili support within 72 hours.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya/PayMaya are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Processing times may vary during scheduled maintenance or high-volume periods.
• Withdrawal Verification: 163jili may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where AML/KYC requirements are triggered.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱100 per month after the dormancy period. 163jili will notify you by SMS before applying such fees.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

163jili offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated on each specific promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from crediting, as specified per offer) will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be applied to your account at a time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies to meet rollover requirements, or coordinated play — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• 163jili Right to Modify: 163jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in-progress.

7. Gambling Rules & Fair Play

All games and betting activities on 163jili are governed by the specific rules of each game or event, as displayed within the Platform. General fair play terms include:

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 163jili use certified, independently audited RNG systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, 163jili reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's wallet. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 163jili and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 163jili to process proceeds of crime.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or 163jili staff to gain unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate gameplay or gain unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, probe, or disrupt 163jili's systems, servers, or software in any way.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform. Any winnings generated from an identified exploit are void.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on 163jili.vip — including but not limited to the website design, logo, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia — is the exclusive property of 163jili or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 163jili content without express prior written consent from 163jili. All third-party game software and content remain the intellectual property of their respective providers and are subject to those providers' own licensing terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 163jili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

163jili is not liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 163jili's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the Player's failure to secure their credentials.

Gambling involves financial risk. 163jili does not guarantee that you will profit from using the Platform. Past winnings or results do not predict future outcomes.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

163jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

• A violation of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification cannot be completed or documents are found to be fraudulent.
• Unusual, irregular, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• A Player requests self-exclusion through 163jili's Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon termination for cause, 163jili reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 163jili's support team. Real-money balances in good standing will be returned to the Player upon verified request, subject to KYC completion and outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

12. Responsible Gaming

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with 163jili through the customer support channels described in Section 16 below. 163jili will endeavour to respond to dispute submissions within 5 business days and resolve matters within 30 days where possible.
